Alain de Botton
Alain de Botton offers a thoughtful op-ed on the value of religion to an atheist. His closing line is a good summary of his idea: "religions are intermittently too useful, effective and intelligent to be abandoned to the religious alone." Whether you are a believer or an atheist, take a minute to read his piece.
